Letting the fresh ingredients take centre stage, Market Place Restaurant showcases our local butcher, fishmonger, grocer and baker industries. Our experienced chef has created a market-style dining experience which showcases a selection of Canterbury’s finest and freshest market plates, served up in a rustic style, and designed to share. Continuing the shared theme, Market Place Restaurant offers up its signature dish ‘The Classic Roast’ – a ten hour slow cooked lamb shoulder and roast veges.
