Vietnam Giveaway Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility:
This promotion is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and are responsible for planning or organising conferences, meetings, or events.
How to Enter:
To enter, book and confirm a conference or event at Crowne Plaza Queenstown or Crowne Plaza Christchurch for any date in 2025, by 31st October 2024.
Prize Details:
The winner will receive a 6-night stay for two adults at Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc Starbay in a premium room, including breakfast. The prize also includes a $1000 flight credit to be used towards flights to Vietnam. The total prize value is over $4000. The prize is subject to availability, and booking conditions may apply.
Prize Draw:
The winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible bookings received. The draw will be conducted no later than 14th November 2024 . The winner will be notified by email and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, a new winner will be drawn.
Booking and Travel:
The stay at Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc Starbay must be booked and completed by 31st December 2025. The flight credit must be used in conjunction with the prize stay. Travel is subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply.
General Terms:
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Crowne Plaza reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Crowne Plaza, which are final and binding.
